About the Role
Position Overview
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service to clients. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the customer service team, providing training and support to ensure high levels of performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in customer service software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
Preferred Skills
Experience in developing training programs for customer service representatives.

Work Environment
